• Ease of use and Reliability- I often find that some of the trouble I have with other online meeting software is getting others to use it properly. Meetmenow has almost no learning curve. • Audio options- Have the choice of Audio built right into the application makes it very easy. Again often others can't conference in on the separate telephone line. Meetmenow offers multiple options (telephone conference or integrated audio) to meet the need of the presenter.

• Office integration- I really find it convenient that meetings appear and remind me using my calendar and office applications.

• MediaTone Network- Private network to secure data and voice
