What is WebEx MeetMe Now?
WebEx MeetMe Now combines your screen, voice and video with a common Web browser, giving you the ability to start a online meeting from your computer.

How am I billed?
Billed on the credit/debit card you submit.

How do I set up teleconferencing?
Choose Yes to "Set up a teleconference" when scheduling your meeting. If you start an instant meeting via Instant Messenger, choose Start Teleconference from the WebEx MeetMeNow Control panel menu once the meeting has started.

Is teleconferencing included in the price of MeetMe Now?
As part of the MeetMeNow service you can utilize our integrated toll number and access code for each of your meetings. The callers are responsible for their own telephony charges. We do not yet offer integrated VOIP calling or toll free telephone access.

How do I cancel?
You may cancel your MeetMeNow subscription by doing the following:

    * Log into your account.
    * Click the Account tab once your are logged in.
    * Choose Subscriptions on the left navigation bar.
    * Click Cancel on the Subscription of your choice
      (Both PCNow and MeetMeNow subscriptions will be displayed even if you only signed up for one service).

Can I increase the number of attendees allowed in a meeting?
WebEx MeetMe Now can hold up to 15 attendees at a time. For information on holding larger meetings visitis the webex.ciom site.

How do I hold a MeetMeNow meeting?
Get started with our Free Trial or review your purchase options and Buy Now. You'll be walked through the setup process at the conclusion of your sign up. WebEx MeetMeNow will be installed on your desktop as well as your system tray in seconds. It will also appear in Outlook and Yahoo! and AOL Instant Messaging clients. Is Video supported?
Yes, you can include video from a web cam for a more face-to-face interaction. The host controls which web cam is being viewed by the participants of the meeting. The host can switch from one web cam to another during the meeting. As an example, the whole group can start out by viewing the host, and later the host can switch the video so that a web cam of one of the participants is viewed by the whole group.

Can I share an application such as PowerPoint slides with MeetMe Now?
Yes you can share any program from your computer. You can also invite someone else to take host the meeting and have control of there desktop.

Do participants have to pay for the MeetMe Now service?
No, unlimited number of meetings are available in which participants do not have to be a paying user of the service. You can meet with anybody at any location, including the free trial.

Is MeetMe Now integrated with MS Office?
Yes you can start a meeting right from any MS office application. if you don't see the toolbar MeetMe Now buttons make sure you have the MeetMeNow toolbar displayed.
